A WARNING ABOUT AUTOMOTIVE PAINT PRODUCTS

Most automotive products are not intended for sale to persons under the age of 18. They are designed for use with proper care and equipment under controlled conditions. Many of these products may contain alcohols, ketones, acetones, esters, petroleum distillates, toluene, xylene, naptha and phosphoric acid. Mixtures of chemicals will have the hazards of each chemical used in the mix. Dispose of spills, waste and excess materials properly and safely.

THESE MATERIALS ARE EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE!

Keep away from heat, sparks and flame during storage and use. Keep away from ignition devices including heaters, motors, pilot lights and static electricity sources during use until all vapors are gone. VAPOR MAY IGNITE EXPLOSIVELY.

ALWAYS USE PROPER VENTILATION!

Overexposure to vapors may be prevented with proper ventilation through a vapor exhaust or fresh air circulation. Wear chemical-type goggles or a full face shield and protective clothing. NOSH/MSHA approved air purifiers and air respirators may also reduce exposure when used properly according to the manufacturer's usage directions.

THESE MATERIALS ARE HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH!

They may be harmful or fatal if swallowed, may cause moderate skin irritation, severe eye irritation and may be absorbed through the skin. Vapors and airbrush spray mist may be harmful if inhaled and can irritate the eyes, nose and throat. Repeated exposure to high vapor concentrations may cause irritation of the respiratory system and permanent brain and nervous system damage. Eye watering, headaches, nausea, dizziness and loss of coordination are signs that chemical levels are too high. INTENTIONAL MISUSE BY DELIBERATELY CONCENTRATING AND INHALING THESE CHEMICALS CAN BE HARMFUL OR FATAL.

FIRST AID

For skin contact flush with plenty of water. For eye contact immediately flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. For overexposure to vapors or airbrush spray mist leave the work area for fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if necessary. If swallowed or ingested DO NOT induce vomiting. CONTACT A POISON CONTROL CENTER, EMERGENCY ROOM OR PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
