1,163 Indy 500 Pace Cars were produced - 1,111 domestic and 53 export. All came with Yellow painted rims.

Code 28 - Navy Blue Metallic was a late year experimental color used on only 14 Corvettes.

Code 58 - Aztec Gold Metallic was discontinued due to production problems. Three sequences of 5 Corvettes each were painted after adjustments to the color were made resulting in three slightly different tints of Aztec Gold. Only 15 Corvettes were painted Aztec Gold - 12 Coupes & 3 Roadsters.
